Monday - Thursday 10.00 am - 4.00 pm - Friday 10.00 am -1 pm.
Our preferred method of contact from customers is via email. We aim to reply promptly (within 1 - 2 hours during working hours but it is usually much sooner). We DO work outside of the above hours sending out parcels and replying to emails so please do not worry if you are emailing later in the day! Someone is usually available to answer emails during the evening too. We will answer all of your queries and problems giving you our full support at all times. It is much better for the customer if the information is written down and they are able to keep it and refer to it as and when they need. Quite often, information in telephone conversations can be forgotten. Email as often as you like! We are happy to hear from you and even happier to help you sort out a solution!
